A short menu, cooked with intent.
We cook one menu each night, guided by what the growers, divers and farmers around us send through the door that morning. Nothing is on the plate that hasn't earned its place.
The room seats twenty-eight. The pace is unhurried. The wine, poured with care. Come hungry, and stay a while.
